Published on Friday 16 January 2026

A discussion around the publication of the book The District of the Future 📗

What are the main barriers to overcome and the levers to pull in order to accelerate greening? How can it help address the future needs of the city while preserving resources and combating the effects of climate change?

The In Situ association of students and alumni from the Urban School is pleased to discuss these topics surrounding the release of the book by the agency Merci Raymond, alongside:

· Hugo Meunier, co-founder and CEO of Merci Raymond, a collective focused on urban landscaping.
· Marion Waller, general director of the Pavillon de l'Arsenal, the centre for urban planning and architecture in Paris and the Greater Paris Metropolis.
· Eytan Levi, co-founder of Roofscapes, an architectural agency specialising in greening and adapting Parisian rooftops to the effects of climate change.
· Aliénor Ibled, head of the design study office at Merci Raymond.
