Synopsis:
This film tells the story of the determination and collective commitment that emerged with the Paris-Saclay project, leading to a unique law in France, a kind of legislative UFO, which protects 2,300 hectares of agricultural land and 1,646 hectares of natural and forested areas on the Plateau. At the heart of our images, the artisans of the land who produce an essential good: food.
