Synopsis:
This film tells the story of the determination and collective commitment that emerged with the arrival of the Paris-Saclay project, which resulted in a unique law in France, a sort of legislative UFO, that protects 2,300 hectares of agricultural land and 1,646 hectares of natural and forest areas on the Plateau. At the heart of our images are the land artisans who produce an essential good: food.
